CAPA College

CAPA College are currently taking final applications for the below courses:

BTEC Level 3 in Production Arts

BTEC Level 3 in Creative Media Production

These are exciting vocational based courses that train and develop students in all aspects of design, technical theatre, and creative media.  Students will work with an outstanding team of teachers, designers and technicians, and also the extensive partnerships the College has with industry professionals such as the BBC and Northern Ballet technical department.  In collaboration with CAPA College's performing arts students, the Production Arts and Creative Media students will work on a wide range of opportunities, not only in CAPA's theatre spaces, but also at regional, national and international events including the Royal Albert Hall, 02 Arena and New York.  Success and progress routes at CAPA are excellent, with a 100% pass rate and students progressing to some of the Country's leading colleges and universities.

These courses are suitable for learners who have creative and technical skills, drawing upon experience and knowledge from a range of creative subjects such as Art, Media, Technology, Music and Drama.

Leeds College of Music is a flourishing community of over 1,200 musicians.  At their campus in Quarry Hill, Leeds, they deliver Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, as well as a Saturday Music School for musicians aged 9-17.  Students are able to specialise in full time music or music technology with them from the age of 16 onwards.
